We only process the data you send us when you email or call us: name, company and position, email address, phone number and the content of your message, including any information about your project you choose to share. We do not request sensitive personal data; please do not send it. This site has no forms, uses no cookies or analytics or advertising tools, and does not collect data automatically.

Purposes necessary for the relationship you request:

a) Answering your questions and information requests.

b) Preparing and sending you technical proposals and quotes.

c) Following up on the proposal and, where applicable, formalizing the business relationship.

Voluntary purpose, which requires your consent:

d) Sending you information about Dixtrit's services, events or content.

If you do not want your data used for purpose d), write to contact@dixtrit.com with the subject "No enviar información" (Do not send information). Your refusal does not affect the necessary purposes.

To operate email and host this site we use providers that process data on Dixtrit's behalf, as processors, and not for their own purposes. Some of them may have servers outside Mexico. We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for those third parties' own purposes, except in cases permitted by law without your consent or when required by a competent authority.

You may ask us at any time to limit the use or disclosure of your data, or to stop sending you information, by writing to contact@dixtrit.com.

You may access your data, rectify it, cancel it or object to its processing (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent. Send your request to contact@dixtrit.com with: your name and a means to reply to you; a document proving your identity or, where applicable, that of your legal representative; a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise; and any element that helps locate your data. We will reply within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of your complete request and, if applicable, give it effect within the following 15 business days. Withdrawal has no retroactive effect.

If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may go to the competent authority on the matter.

Any change to this notice will be published on this page, with its update date. If a change involves a new purpose requiring your consent, we will ask for it before using your data for that purpose.
